"The carpet in apartment was never cleaned but they say it was. It’s dog hair all through apartment and I don’t have a pet. The management is not responsive and they never answer the phone. The hours to see property manager are awful. 10 out of 10 do not recommend living here."

"Would leave a zero if I could. I have two dogs (husky and german shepherd) and wanted to apply here. I never had a chance to live here but was told to apply as soon as I could because of inventory going quickly and that the dogs would be fine. After I apply and pay up I am now told they will not be accepting the application because they do not accept my dogs when never telling me in the first place that they would not be allowed (after I told them what kind of dogs I have already as well. Not getting a refund either! Pretty shady!!"

"Honestly would live anywhere else! It has been a disaster living here, from not being able to get our AC repaired during the hottest weeks of the summer (with only a miniscule compensation from the office), to NEVER being able to get in contact with the front office. I feel like we have had 7 property managers in just as many months and none of them were good/helpful. Really go spend your money anywhere else. The parking situation is horrible unless you pay for underground parking which has been just as taxing to get straightened out (lived here 3 months before they could get us a garage opener that actually worked)."

"Don't live here. It was bad enough when there was just no one who managed the building (the poor girl who started the day we toured quit a week later and they never replaced her), but now they have an agreement with a local college and now there is a dorm party on our floor every weekend. Our apartment is still listed as vacant (after 6 months of living here) so we can't get mail. Maintenance requests go unfulfilled. I could go on, but you aren't reading this far."

"Imagine not being able to open your garage door to go to work after paying 75 per month. Spaulding Group or Trike Properties are the same. The recent property management company (Spaulding Group) has yet to establish a functioning front office, and it has been almost an year ever since they have taken ownership of the property. Last minute changes on how payments and portal change, not giving the adequate amount of time for people to coordinate. There is no one here on weekends to resolve issues. One recurring issue is the garage door not opening. Mind you the fee for garage is 75 dollars per month. Imagine not being able to open your garage door so you can go to work to then pay this apartment complex or whoever will own it next... Considering the amount of rent you pay the property is not well kept, yes-you get an elevator, but the apartment is outdated. Stair rail carpet in hallways not cleaned. No enforcement of standards, some tenants do whatever they want. Low efficiency appliances AC and heater, so expect to pay higher for utility costs. Most equipment hasn't been updated since the building was originally built."
