"I felt extremely disappointed when I had my 1st consultation here. I was told that my child had a list of issues then our appointment was cut off and shown the door (while walking out the door I was still asking questions). I was told to set up an appointment for therapy without much of an understanding on what was going on. I left feeling disappointed and concerned for my child. I then got a second opinion and the children's hospital where there was enough time for a consultation and questions. Where I left feeling like all my questions were answered and there was a treatment plan!"
