"Honestly prices are pretty reasonable with everything that you get (workout room pool garage heat included) and the apartments are really nice. The ladies up front are very personable and pertinent. Maintenance is efficient and knowledgeable. It about ends there though. You must understand that this place is owned by a corporation. 125 contingencies to your lease. Several of them come with an automatic fine including if you fault out on your utility bill or have a decorative waste basket on your patio. Some things are also met with an immediate 5-day eviction notice. Good luck getting your security deposit back too. They'll go ahead and charge you for everything that they should be paying for. Carpet cleaning painting toilet seat replacement and still stick you for the last water bill. As if getting in there wasn't difficult enough with having to have good credit and a good criminal record."

"Having owned a house for many years and downsizing recently had me a bit anxious at the thought of moving back to an apartment,, but I’m extremely happy with the decision to move here. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained, the facility and grounds are excellent, and management and staff are very professional and quick to respond to questions and really friendly. Gorgeous new carpeting, vaulted ceiling, my own garage for my vehicle, electric fireplace, washer/dryer, and great neighbors are just a few more reasons I’m so happy here. To top it all off, I love my balcony and its view to a pond that’s home to ducks and cranes and geese!"
