"I lived at Dewey Ave for 8 months. The apartments are one of the more affordable apartments in Watertown and the tenant only has to pay the electric bill. The apartments themselves are older which I say this because they are an economy apartment, so don’t expect fancy bells and whistles. I expected them to be clean, affordable, and safe. The apartments themselves were a clean, affordable and safe place to live, the management was stellar. Darrell is a very hard worker and I would often see him outside working several days per week at the apartments. He was always pretty quickly responsive (he works FT as well so he couldn’t always immediately respond.) He always cared they our apartment was kept up well for us. The apartments are standard, affordable, safe place to live, but the management makes it amazing. There are a few pretty reasonable rules for living here such as parking and windows, etc. overall, I had a very good experience in my time there!"
