"I've had a great experience with encore property management! This is a beautiful peaceful area. The owner, property manager and maintenance are very prompt on getting things done in a fast and timely manner. Lawn care and Snow removal are done accurately. Hall ways are cleaned. They are in the process of remodeling interior areas and apartments along with installing new garage doors. Coin operated washers and dryers are located in each building which makes washing more convenient from home. You can also have a washer inside your unit if you choose to do so. All the neighbors are respectful. Nothing bad to say about encore property management, I give them 5 stars!! Thank you and Great job guys!"

"Have stayed here for years now and am very pleased with my stay. The management does a great job following up on repairs, and is very prompt. (We just got brand new windows too) I am also surrounded by great tenants/neighbors who are nice, and everyone seems to work together for a nice living environment. Overall very pleased with these facilities- would recommend to friend and family."

"Charged unfairly for a late payment. Property manager was unprofessional and rude. They changed the lease terms halfway through renting. I’ve had a leak in the ceiling since April. Maintenance was late coming to fix. 0/10 would not rent again. Oh and loud neighbors who bang on furniture and make noise late into the night. Heat wasn’t working for the first 3 months I lived here either. Really sucked on >30 degree nights. Edit: was told I hadn’t paid last months rent and didn’t receive my security deposit back after making this review. Extremely shady, do not rent from here."

"Landlord are currently raising rent during Covid 19 and late fees when they were not allowed to by federal law tell the pandemic is over handed me an eviction notice and told me to be out and then still expects me to pay him rent after he refused it is also telling me and my child to be out at 3 a.m. on a school day and is going after people that are physically and mentally disabled a woman with MS and a woman with crohn's disease are being evicted and they have nowhere to go"

"I lived in this complex for 2 years. Landscaping is non-existent. Snow removal efforts are severely lacking and ice becomes dangerous at times. Items in unit were never fixed after over a year of contacting the "Property Manager". Speaking of the PM, Allison, is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Office is never open. Nobody answers or returns phone calls. Neighbors had black mold problem in their unit that was just painted over. No remediation whatsoever. Yearly increases can top 6%, which is ridiculous. He ended up renting it for $40 less per month after we moved. Must be a business tycoon! And we paid on time or early every month and took good care or our unit and had zero problems with the neighbors. Very frustrating rental experience. Finally, we were charged for items at move out that they told us specifically not to address. Still received a small portion (25%) of our security deposit back. This owner is the type of person who gives landlords a bad name. Predatory and money hungry, with zero concern for customers. So happy to be free and clear of them. I have been a renter for 15+years in Milwaukee, Chicago and Florida, and this company and management is the worst I have had. STAY AWAY!!"
