The reason for the one star is that my bathroom fan has been broken for over two months, and, after three maintenance in that period, it is still just as broken as it was in the first place, and no one from maintenance is even contacting me regarding it. Update: Communication has been getting better and Harold was very helpful in getting my fan (and door) fixed."

"I would give this 5 stars if it weren’t for management. The property was bought out recently. They now are doing what many property owners are nowadays; kicking everyone out in order to remodel and get new tenants in with increased rates. $900 was standard; new rent will be $1250. I was one who received notice to vacate. I’m a single mom and we thoroughly enjoyed living there."

"If I could rate my experience with Point Real Estate Management less than 1 star, I easily would. Not only was the response time from management simply unacceptable, but the fact that I was sent the lease TWO times without management ever properly verifying my ability to sign the lease... I am flabbergasted. Going back to the response time of management, it should NOT take over a week and multiple texts for someone to answer a very basic question. Keep this in mind when renting, I can't imagine what putting in a maintenance request would be like!"
