"7 hours to get loaded appointment at 6pm didn’t get loaded till 1am SLOWEST PLACE EVER"
"Went here to pick up a Preloaded Trailer, it turns into a live load for reasons I don’t know , live load takes between 6 to 7 hours ."
"Checked in 45 min early. Waited 10 minutes for a door. Loader came to me truck put air lock on trailer. Loaded me up and came back and took lock off trailer. Have to go to office to check out and get paperwork out in less the an hour"

"Friendly Staff. Entrance is on north side of 3rd Ave. Make sure your Reefer is clean and pre cooled to 34 before going to shipper. Slide axles all the way back and when parked on the dock, remove red airline on the trailer. Limited parking on the site. Toilet is available and key is with the shipper."
