"There is a reason why all 3 of Connie Athens' water color classes are always filled -- because Connie is an amazing teacher! I was fortunate enough to get into one of her water color classes and I am now on my 4th class with her. Connie is patient and kind; funny and smart; and very knowledgeable about her craft. She knows when to help and when to step aside. She encourages her students to "be bold" and "just paint." She knows each student's strengths and weaknesses and is able to make each student better and better. It is a joy to come to class every week."
