About Us
LSF Swim is a health school located at 1580 Sun Valley Road in Solana Beach, California. We offer swim classes for all levels of swimmers, focusing on stroke development, improvement, and refinement. Our specialty is small group lessons, with a maximum of 4 children per class, matched by age and ability. Classes meet Monday to Friday for two weeks for best results. Pre-registration is required for our limited summer stroke clinic in June. We enforce a strict no make-up lesson policy to ensure consistency and quality of instruction. Our 2024 schedule is now posted, and registration can be done by phone or email. We also offer spring and fall stroke clinics for those who want to continue swimming. With relaxed COVID guidelines, we have adjusted our protocols accordingly. Join us at LSF Swim to build confidence and develop swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment.
