"THIS store charged me an additional $17 to exchange incorrect size good quality children’s shoe for a lower quality, pair of shoes. I was very disappointed in the attitude of the manager. It was obvious the store was taking advantage of sale prices and lack of stock to effect price gouging. The challenge began when the shoes I bought were reduced in price as result of a sale. Also, I was unable to exchange for the same shoes as a result of lacking inventory in the store. There were lower quality shoes available that were not on sale. This meant that in order to exchange sizes of shoes I had to accept the $10 devaluation of the shoes I originally bought. I then had to pay an additional amount of $7 to complete the exchange for less quality shoes. The manager of the store refused to be accommodating about the sale pricing of the original shoes. Nor was he willing to consider a sale price on the lower quality shoes. If the exchange had not been for an excited grandson , I would have just demanded a refund and bought the shoes elsewhere. I will not purchase any further products from the store due to their store policies and impolite managers."
