"Whoever is delivering mail is doing a sloppy job. On 10/18/23 I received a box that was left dangling outside a mailbox. Why couldn't the person just drove to my house. It's been the third time this happens. On 10/20/23 I have again have a missing package! What a bunch of l$$$y a$$e$!"

"I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always super friendly. Monica is always so cheerful and polite. The new Postmaster is extremely helpful if you have any issues, and he has a lot of patience. The day I was there a customer came in complaining about something that was their fault but had the audacity to blame the staff. I’m sorry lady but you and everyone else in this town aren’t entitled to anything, follow the rules. The rules are there for a reason, nobody cares that you have lived here for 20 years except you. Rules change just like seasons. Deal with it! Sorry for my rant, but this office is great. Never a line and I’d come here verses going to my own Post office in my town. Keep up the good work Gustine Post Office."

"I love their service! I come here from Newman due to their friendliness and patience. Also, I just took my son with me yesterday, and the young girl who always helps me, gave him a sticker. She doesn’t know how much of a difference that made, after someone was rude to him earlier. I know he had his feelings hurt, but as a mom, I don’t like to victimize him. Instead, I like to remind him how not everyone is the same. But, there was no need to have this talk, after the young post office lady performed an act of kindness."

"The workers here are thieves. I sent a package to my son General delivery. He went to pick it up and they claimed it was not there. Received it back 3 weeks later and it had been torn open, contents removed, and then sent back as undeliverable. This also happened to a package his father sent to the same office. Not sure how to file a co.ajnt, but as government employees, they should be help responsible."
