"My package was supposed to be delivered at the military base. It says it was delayed due to security. Which doesn’t make sense because delivery trucks are let through all the time. I am disappointed. Especially the fact that I could be contacted to figure out a way to receive my package if that was an issue. Now I have to figure out a way to receive my package . And this was supposed to be express shipping. 0 out of 5"

"I’ve never wittena review , but the customer service here was amazing !! I had time sensitive documents that were delayed and tracker said it was still in oakland. Then I called fedex and they said it was at this location but i would not be able to obtain it since there is “too much volume” and they couldn’t help me. Determined and down to a deadline, I drove to this location and very nice lady named “Rishan” (sorry if i spelled this wrong) went above and beyond to locate it . With the help of some other coworkers they looked for a while and located it and I was able to submit these documents right on time down to the last minute . Be more like these folks!"
