"I went in for my beard and haircut as I have for more than a few years. I made my appt. And the person raised a kerfuffle, I spoke to the new mgr. And the only resolution we could agree on is that I should find another shop. I feel that lack of supervision and support and instruction of procedures would have solved any worries. She did an excellent job and I hope that she learned to handle her clients with care and discretion. They have new management and he sounds like changes will be made ie: vaping,horseplay, and more closer instructional over site. I wish the students well in their studies. I wonder how many students finish and how many get their license and work in a shop?"

"If I could give 10 stars I would!! I brought my son in for a haircut with Angel B, and I can not praise this man enough. Super patient, professional, easy going, and has such a good vibe. My son is not the easiest child so the fact he was able to get his haircut exactly how I wanted it is amazing!! Angels personality made this experience so personal and it made me feel like my son was in good hands. My son got so many compliments on his haircut! "I have been coming to Southern California School of Barber & Beauty in Escondido for the last year and a half. I should have written 26 reviews before this, but better late than not. I’ve had a few different barbers, but they all eventually graduated and moved on, so I was introduced to Ivon to cut my hair. I was not concerned at all, as I have never, and I mean never, had a negative experience with this barber school. Ivon was confident, which is a huge plus. She listened to what I wanted, asked if I wanted anything changed after she finished my request, and suggested an option for a cleaner look. And whalah!! She was right! We had a great conversation and if I had to narrow down in one sentence how I felt when I walked away, I guess I’d have to say, “ I felt like I just made a new friend.” That is a great feeling. I have worked in the field of customer service all my life, and I’m 59 years old. I know quality customer service when I receive it, and between the instructors, atmosphere, other students, and of course Ivon, SCBB has earned themselves a 10 star review, but I only have the option of five stars. Just know that they are worthy of your business and time. You won’t be disappointed."

"I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Travers Aivao and the focus displayed during this time was awesome. Man had everything nice and clean so customers feel comfortable and unlike other barbers his personal company was enjoyable. You need a cut he’a the guy to give it to you."
