"This is my favorite place for shipping especially Amazon returns. I go in the afternoon to avoid crowd. Even if there is a crowd the line moves fast since 3-4 people work at the same time. The manager Ryza is a sweet person. Always greets with a smile and gives you all the information for your packages to ship internationally. She also does notary. Other staff members are nice too."

"The access point is NOT the ups store. The cashier at cvs will scan your package . I came after 7pm and was surprised the ups store was closed . Looking closely at the map I noticed it was located in the nearby cvs. Glad they could help."

"Rude owner - does not know how to talk to customers. No clue how is he in business . Take your business somewhere else . Edited to add- I was in line to drop off my items at 3:35 PM on a Sunday . The line was long . At 3:45 the person at the desk tells me tells people waiting that the store will be closing and even if you are in the store you won’t be able to complete your returns as he needs to go home . I spoke up and said we have been waiting for a long time . The least you can do is take the folks who are inside the store . That’s when he started screaming saying , it’s just one of him and he needs to go home at 4 blah blah. What kind of service is this ? Everyone has to be somewhere. Have some respect for your customers time. May be put up a sign saying we don’t take customers post 3:30 PM as we don’t have the resources. And honestly, your resourcing is not my problem. It was ridiculous how rude the guy was . I thought he was the owner . Whoever he was , he should not be in the service industry ."
