"I have no idea how they have 5 stars. I planned a ride from a concert through their services. The drive was parked almost a mile away for a late night pick up. I asked him several times what restaurant he was near with no specific response. I told him by battery was low and dropped a pin close by to pick me and my daughter up at almost 1 AM. Dispatch called and said he wouldn't wait in the traffic and they cancelled my ride. In a strange city to us, left with no ride at almost 1 AM with my daughter in tow. NOT OK. Called management to dispute charge and they refused the refund. NEVER use them and especially during any kind of peak traveling or traffic hours. BEWARE!"
