"School of Rock Scripps Ranch is such an amazing place. Our son has been taking lessons and been part of the show groups since he was 13 and he loves it. He has always had a passion for music and the SOR family has helped him really learn and grow. Everyone from the owner, staff, instructors, and students are great. They really care about their students, music, culture, and overall community. SOR Scripps Ranch provides a safe, welcoming, caring environment for all their students. The opportunities available to the students over the years we have been there have been amazing. They have even performed at such iconic places as the Whiskey a Go-Go in LA, House of Blues in Anaheim, and the Hard Rock Café on the strip in Las Vegas to name a few. Steve and the staff have had a huge part in preparing our son for his college auditions and interviews. Programs such as House Band really helps prepare these young musicians for their future. The show groups are great as well, there is a real sense of teamwork between the instructors and students. It can be nerve racking for most to get up in front of a group of people (large or small) and not only perform but to answer questions being thrown your way. So thankful for everyone at School of Rock Scripps Ranch and proud to be part of the SOR family."

"This establishment deserves at least 5 million stars. The staff there are so great, they work with you to make sure you are learning and also make sure that all the official stuff like finances and personal situations are worked out. I would highly recommend Eric as he makes the lessons very fun and interactive. Before I even had my first lesson he suggested that I make a list of songs that I want to learn how to play. I am a few months in having weekly lessons and I am having a blast learning what I would like but also general skills with guitar like power chords and the Pentatonic Scale. Clearly this place is very popular and for very good reason. Young or old, whatever instrument you want to learn, I guarantee without a single doubt that it will be a productive and enjoyable experience!"

"I'm non-pro musician, so this review might be a little biased. That said, I can't tell you enough how awesome this place is. It inspires kids, my son is excited to the point he practices at home every day. It never happened before with private lessons. The teachers are very professient in both music skills (I can really appreciate that) and communicating to kids. Listened to the kids band - I'm impressed. I played in bands and know how much it takes to sound "together". And last but not least: guitars, ukuleles and comfy couches in lobby, so I can have fun while waiting. Love this place!"
