"I wish I could give ZERO. Worst experience ever. I set delivery up for my 96 year old mom and 74 year old brother. I even tipped! They delivered to the wrong house. When I finally got a hold of someone via their chat, they wanted my elderly relatives to go pick the water up!! Even after I told them their ages. The entire reason for getting delivery was for convenience due to their ages! I was told they would fix this later in the week. Days later......nothing. Good Luck finding a phone number that actually answers!!! I finally got one and they wanted to me to wait for delivery next week. Supposedly saying they would credit my next order. STAY AWAY from this company. I wish I had gone on Yelp before setting this up. It has been a nightmare. *****update***** called and no help. said they would refund....still waiting 2 weeks later, said my account was closed, delivery showed up again - TO WRONG HOUSE AGAIN!! This is an easy house. One house, with a street address, mailbox. No houses even across the street! No apartment. My Elderly 74 year old brother and 96 year old mom had to go next door in the rain, and lug together 3 bottles of water and the cases. each one being one trip at a time. ZERO HELP from customer service. They hung up on me twice and I finally hung up after being put on hold for 5 minutes while they looked into it."

"This review is mainly to express my dissatisfaction of the company billing practices. I have struggled with them for over 3 months regarding a restocking fee charge for 50 dollars I was happy with them before but lately they add things to your bill that don't make sense. I used to pay a rental fee for their water dispenser 1.99 per month that went up to 5.99 over the past two years which is understood . Then last bill 23.99 per month for the rental of their water dispenser made me decide to return it back to them. I won't pay that much a month for rent of their machine. Now the want to charge me a restocking fee of 50 dollars plus other fees I don't understand. Please read your bill carefully with this company."
