"I would give less stars if I could. Deliveright was supposed to deliver and install several pieces of furniture last week. When they were unable to get one piece of furniture up the stairs, they said they would return on Monday with an additional staff member to bring the piece through the back. They wrote a work order stating as such and we signed it. They left the furniture in our downstairs hallway blocking our access to our downstairs rooms which would have been fine had they returned on Monday - they didn't. No phone call either. The deliveryman were fine; however, when I called Tuesday morning I spoke to a very unprofessional employee. She was rude and even yelled. Apparently they were not planning on returning to complete the service and they were not planning on notifying us either. So now we are left to figure it out on our own. I would discourage anyone from using this company."
