He is indeed a pathetic lawyer, and I will not pay any of his services. "I wanted to take the time to give feedback and express my utmost appreciation for the work and results Mr. Halsey produced representing me during my divorce proceedings. First of all I began with another lawyer here in town that cost me in retainer fees twice the amount than what Mr. Halsey required to take over my case.
