"After the Apple Store was unable to recover the photos from my daughter's crashed computer (or even get it to boot-up,) I called Dr Tech PC, on a Saturday afternoon. The owner, Shaun, was at my door, 30 minutes later. He listened carefully while I explained the problems...the computer would not even turn on, let alone boot-up. He trouble shot the computer at my house, then took it back to his office to repair, since the repairs would be difficult and would require additional tools to fix. Shaun checked in with me a few times during the process, to update me on the progress, and to verify how I wanted to proceed. A few days later Shaun brought back the, now working, computer, with a new, larger, working hard drive, and all of my daughter's recovered photos right there on the computer! He also repaired both of my daughter's broken, portable hard drives (and backed-up the recovered photos for her.) His prices were so reasonable that I actually paid him a bit more than he billed me. (It just didn't seem right to pay him that little for all of the work he did.) I can't say enough good things about Shaun! Extremely bright, talented, trustworthy, caring and qualified. This is the person you need to call for all of your computer needs, both personal and business. I am a small business owner, and am thrilled to have found Dr. Tech PC!"
