"I never thought I would do this, but I am so disappointed in this business especially Ericka, I haven't got paid; it has been 3 months! I called her and texted her i even called the business number. I worked for Ericka for only short 5-6 months. I helped her with her flyers, power point etc. I just get ignored for the work i put in. All i want is the money i worked for and the money i need for my daughter. She preaches to doctors how to treat her employees but can't do the same to hers. If this is the only way to get my point across, so be it. I need the money i worked for. and if you continue to ignore me i wont even push to court i really hope the best for you business....sincerely...."

"I started off by taking 2 of the 1 day classes. The instructor, Ericka Chavez, was so dynamic and knowledgeable that I signed up for the 6 month course. I learned so much that after my externship, the very large corporate office that they placed me at actually created a position for me. This was just a couple years ago and I'm in management now. "I attended DCC back in 2014, looking to grow in my dental career. I was an RDA then and thanks to Erika I'm currently a treatment coordinating/biller. By far one of the best choices I could of done. The school offered a payment plan, instructor extremely knowledgeable, job placement. I attended courses such as Treatment Coordinator day class, Billing and Coding 3 months course, Resume workshop. I've also attended a couple of her seminars. A lot of the things i learned from the courses/seminars I've tooken and implemented at my office which has increase production and collections. You must walk in having an open mind there's so much I learn having had 9 yrs experience. Taking the courses is getting your foot in the door you also have to want to learn, take with you the knowledge she brings and shares, and you have to be filling to except change. Dentistry continues to grow and I feel we should too. Ericka has a lot to offer, whether your looking into growing, or just mastering and becoming a better front or back office staff. I went to this school to get my business diploma in Dentistry, I learned Treatment Coordination, Dental billing and Coding, Marketing, Advertizing, Dentrix software, etc. Ericka Chavez is so knowledgeable in this industry and she show us true scenarios inside a dental office. When I started taking this 6 month course, I went to a 1 day workshop seminar because I wanted to get in the Dentistry arena, but I didn't have any knowledge in this field, but I was happy taking the 1 day class and from there I took the 6 month class, and now I am knowledgble for the front office.
