"First I have been with Allstate around 10 years, I really liked Anita, she was a great agent. Very helpful and explained everything very well. Looked for best rates possible. Now let me go on to present. I recently called needing information for another vehicle. Was informed Anita, is no longer with Allstate had went else where. The agent on the phone didn't understand what it was I was looking for. After several attempts I gave up trying to explain what it was I needed. Their service has really terrible. There prices have got way up as I have my home/auto with them. And I don't really like having to renew every 6 months. So I will be looking for a new auto/home insurance with better service all the way around. Quick note there roadside service is terrible as well."
