"Although the campus is nice, with only a mild problem of littering, and the teachers are friendly enough, there is a problem with the organizational skills of the schools. More often than not, student events are haphazardly thrown together, with no clear distinction of progress, and so, students are left to flounder about trying to find out what is going on. Additionally, the school seems so be more focused on athletics than scholarly achievements, making more of a fuss for athletics. However this year, this has gotten better, as there are actually been rallies and award ceremonies for academic scholars, which I am glad they did. However, there is still a clear fact that the school tends to favor athletics over academics, band, and theater, to name a few more areas that are neglected in terms of funding. The office is another problem, as the assistants are rude and lazy. There have been many instances where they have disregarded a student's question, stating that they had to go elsewhere to find the information needed, when in fact, the student would just be redirected back to the assistants. Additionally, the often talk amongst one another, which is not at all bad, but when a student is politely waiting for assistance, it is rude and disrespectful, especially considering that students often have to go during lunch, an already limited time. And do not get me started on the lunch, I have been to the office twice to complain about moldy or rotten food, but nothing has been done about it, and so, I stopped eating it, as I noticed the school food severely upset my stomach. I have also had other friends that have gotten milk that was chunky, or fruit that was rotten, and I have even had a friend who got food poisoning from the school. The teachers are the only reason, in my opinion, why the school is good. My teachers were very helpful, with knowledge to help me both in school and life after high school. Additionally, most of my teachers went out of their ways, to provide tutoring to students, despite the fact that they would not get paid for it. Though I mostly had AP teachers, who are held to a higher standard as well, as they have to take special training to teach such classes, so I am unsure about the other teachers. However, I can say that I have heard mostly good things about all the teachers."
"Very nice and clean. A large campus. After what seemed like 20 years of planning they finally got it right. Went to a football game and took my son and grandsons. We had a great time."
"If you want to find a place that will make you feel like you don't have a future, feel self-conscious about your self and have a seething hatred for humanity then this is the place for you my fellow meat bags. I've only been here for about a month and already I feel like I'm human garbage that's only in the way. Almost everyone is trying to act "gangster" and "cool" but in reality there just making the stereo type that Latinos and African Americans are loud, disrespectful, crude, uneducated, even worse. There's usually 2-3 fights in a month. The staff is rude and unorganized, and the teachers automatically assume you know what to do on the first day of school, so they don't tell you much. I'm actually thinking of being home schooled next, it be better than enduring another year full of despair and helplessness... P.S don't get Mrs.Hynes (I'm not sure I spelled it right) she's relatively useless, and doesn't teach anymore. Most of the time she's yelling at those how are misbehaving to "Shut the hell up!" And doesn't get up unless she needs to go to the bathroom on her scooter. And yes you read that right, on her scooter..."
"It is my freshman year and I have to say that I really like this school. It is a new campus, only 4 years old, and this is the first time that almost all the students attending it started out their as freshmen at this school. It can tend to be a bit dirty, yes, but its pretty clean compared to other schools especially for having so many students. I love the teachers, they're all amazing, and I like the pathways offered by the school. No school is perfect, but we are doing pretty dang good for being so new, the administration is handling things very well with all the bumps and bruises of being new."
"Decent school, however the senior pranks tend to go more on the vandalism and straight up felony than a harmless prank. Also the train tracks nearby can be irritating if the trains block the road and halt the traffic to and from the school. The library is nice, they even got some comics."
