"I have been an Allstate customer for the last 25-30 years and under three previous outstanding brokers/ agents (now retired) during my long-standing membership. Unfortunately, after my last broker/agent retired, I inherited Mr. Oscar Navarro (formerly of the La Habra California office and currently at the Whittier California location) during the long COVID lockdown period of early 2020 into 2021 and subsequent related “no customer physical visits” office-related restrictions. Yet, once those restrictions were removed, I soon learned that Mr. Navarro was NOT an easy-to-reach broker/agent. However, I did once (miraculously) manage to get in contact with him telephonically and requested to visit him at his office to introduce each other formally, but his reply was less than enthusiastic and somewhat skeptical at best. That said, all other previous telephonic attempts to contact Mr. Navarro were met with the following results time and time again. They were as follows: * He’s out to lunch * On the phone * At an appointment * Stepped out of the office * Attending a meeting * Attending a seminar * On a +30-day extended vacation * On and on and on, etc. I finally got fed up and contacted Allstate corporate office to file a formal complaint (called a CRMS complaint, complete with a Party ID#) and requested that all my insurance policies be permanently removed from his office, that he no longer receives any credit for my active accounts, and that all my existing policies be forwarded to a different Allstate broker/agent. Preferably a broker/agent that values good customer relations with their clients. My requests were immediately granted, and the Allstate corporate representative was attentive and responsive to all my needs/concerns."

"Never can get a hold of Oscar and I can only speak to others in the office..Changed my policy amount and no explanation and my driving record is clean..Looking for another insurance company that will respect me enough to call or respond to me."
