"Although it's been tough with budget changes and new Charter schools affecting enrollment, Stevenson MS has made a lot of positive improvements. Their sports program is amazing (City Champs!), they offer a ton of academic support such as after school tutoring, Saturday school, and even college credit courses from ELAC! Get to know the staff and visit- you won't be disappointed!"

"Stevenson is a great place for students. The teachers are experienced and care about the community. There are a lot of community partnerships that give students additional opportunities that other middle schools don't have. Their after school sports teams have won many championships and they have two magnet schools on campus. Lots of opportunities here that they don't offer at charter schools. Keep up the great work, pirates! I'm glad to know the Stevenson community."

"I would like to have to say a lot of good facts from this school, but I can't. The climate in this school is very bad.Fights, bullying every single day. Most of the students behavior is bad. There is not enough supervision in general. The level of bullying is incredible.Yes! There are good teachers, not all of them but in terms of climate the situation is chaotic. I am having a very bad experience. I hope the principal and the DEAN can figure something out with help from the district. I believe that every person who works in this school should be more strict with students. Teachers can't make the difference unless they want to. Education begins from home!! We have to remember that parents!"
