"Horrible customer service from Julie Guriño, they failed to let me know when I make a payment with my card while on autopay it removes autopay as a system error and charges you 3 months in advance. As I was already very upset about this Julie didn’t seem to help with her childish attitude and unprofessional responses. Not once was i insulting to her as I was within every right to do so with the way she talk to me as a paying customer, at one point she covered her ears as a child does and made faces to indicate she was not listening to a thing I had to say. She also told me to shut up as if this was just a common street interaction. I specifically told her if she did not like her job or didn’t want to deal with customers to find a job she would be more happy at. There was no reason for me to deal with both Allstate’s error in system and horrible treatment on they’re account. It’s sad to think this is how customer service acts to paying customers. If you want to go to this office I recommend talking to Carlos only as he is more respectful and will try his best to show the best service."

"Julia doesn’t like her job if u ask her for assistance to explain something to you or just any type of questions she would give you the run Around and doesn’t even try to look at her computer just tell you she can’t help you and u need to figure it out with a faul demeano.Not professional at all . Wouldn’t recommend this place in a thousand years your better off going anywhere else . It’s a shame that I’ve been with them for multiple years and the don’t how to treat there customers. I would recommend they take a customer service skills test so they can get some kind of knowledge"
