"My wife and I got our keys to the apartment on May 16, 2017. A lot has happened while we lived in that apartment for 3 years. This was our first apartment. I’m going to start off with the good things, which there is not much of. The apartment was nice at the time for a couple and 1 pet. It felt very homey for the both of us. The view we had was lovely, we lived close to family, and there is a Kwik Trip near by. Everything was going great for us for the first couple of months, until our neighbors downstairs started knocking at their ceiling in response to us walking. We started being cautious with our stepping and essentially sliding our feet or tip toeing around the house. That seemed to work for a little while. My wife and I worked 2nd shift at the time. We wanted to be up at night to unwind instead of going to sleep right away. That lead to many problems with our downstairs neighbors. I have met both of them before. At first they seemed like a nice older couple. I was told they are not liked by many in the building. I was also told that the tenants that lived there before us were kicked out because of the downstairs neighbors. We tolerated their constant knocking because we could not afford to move out until just recently. We could not do simple things like clean around the house, decorate for the holidays, have any family or friends over due to the constant knocking. The most memorable and anxiety filled moments were when said neighbors husband woke up at 6:00am. The man saw us get in our car and stared out of the main door and just pretended to check his mail and look right at us. He did this 3 times. The 3rd time he did this I was parked close to the door and there he was standing by the door looking like he was just looking around outside so I waved at him. I wouldn’t say he flipped me off when I waved back, but he did do a rude hand gesture. After I waived at him he stopped coming outside. He knew we knew what he was doing. They have a really bad habit of knocking really early in the morning at us. Past 9pm they were even worse. They also called the cops on us one time. My wife got really ill one late night and I took her to the hospital around 11 PM and we stayed in the emergency room until midnight. We came home and as soon as we took the first step, the knocking began. This knocking was extremely unsettling to my wife and I. We went upstairs to go to bed because we had to work in 6 hours. A half hour later, we heard a loud banging on our door. I went down stairs and it was the cops. They had told us that they got a noise complaint coming from our apartment. My wife came downstairs and explained everything. The cops told us they asked the people who lived in front of us if they heard anything coming from our apartment and they said no. She showed the cops her medical bracelet she was wearing and the cops were very understanding about our situation. They told us it is our apartment, our rent is being paid so we should be able to walk freely whenever we want. My wife’s family has heard the knocking, my family has heard the knocking. It is insane. I would not recommend moving to any of the upstairs apartments. Not worth your money and time. Management is really poor. Lack of communication, poor at dealing with issues, lack of reaching out to renters. Don’t bother renting from this this place."

"Amber was a great person to work with. Was always available to answer my calls and questions and was very patient with me. First time having an apartment and the experience for setting up was not difficult at all. Pat is very friendly. Laid back environment. Neighbors aren't bothersome."

"JOKE MANAGEMENT ! ! ! I'he been waiting for this apartment for almost a month, first week was "I cant show you the apt right now. Next week was, ok im here so i go there fill the application and pay the fee, next week you need a co-sign so he get the co sign the very next day by email and told me he HAVENT received ! ! After that got an email saying he CANT WAIT ! ! and move on the next application After waiting for almost a month, the administrator Patrick Ludwig says he cant wait!? are you f coken serious???"
