"I highly recommend Klass cleaners as the best place for dry-cleaning and folded laundry. They are prompt, have an excellent system of communicating with clients, and are friendly and approachable. I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews given their expertise. Please don’t let a few “Karen’s” dissuade you from bringing your business here."
"PLEASE STOP USING THIS BUSINESS! New update to his response When I wrote the review I was in a different time zone on a work trip so I’m not why he choose to start here other than look for a reason for why klass kleaners received a 1 star review (not the first). There were multiple conversations with this company and every time the story changed, as I mentioned in my initial review. I was kind and respectful on the phone until the owner started with his 5th, and not last excuse. I absolutely never mentioned being an Elite Yelper (I am not) but maybe he has been watching too much South Park or has been having so many of these conversations that he mixing them up. My wife did get frustrated after over an hour of back and forth when we were enjoying an outing together, the owner was trying to find a solution that involved klass Kleaners doing nothing, or the bare minimum. I left the conversation with sending him and email with our address (30 Mins away) and said we will see what he thinks is fair but I was done continuing the conversation that was going in circles. As of today nothing has been issued other than excuses. Please save yourself the frustration and loss of brain cells in dealing with this company. Update the new owners/mangers are even worst. Refusing to send any type of refund for damaged clothing and truly horrible customer service. The only thing the manager called me about if seeing if I would change my review. We dropped off our clothing for a wash and fold. The website was clear, stating they separated the laundry, the result was not the “kase”. Washing and drying everything together, which led to all the whites being turn blue and destroying a Lingerie set that my wife bought in France. (Side note, this was her favorite lingerie set, that she bought after battling breast cancer. It meant the world to her!) “Jesse” (guessing spelling) was amazing and deeply apologetic and did his best to fix the issue and tried to put me in touch with the manager. She is a complete joke! She could not do the simplest of jobs, contacting the customer, and finding a timely solution. Over a month went by, I kept calling the store asking for a response. Finely, I talked to the manager and she offered 30% (based on it was 3 years old) with proof of a receipt and not even willing to refund the service. We didn’t have a receipt as it was purchased overseas and we were in the middle of a move to Sonoma county. She FAILED TO DO HER JOB! Leaving my wife with a distort lingerie and a broken heart. The manager could not follow up with most of the calls, leaving me to call her and the shop repeatedly to get a call back. This has not be resolved and recommend NO ONE USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANY REASON. I will be happy to update with any resolution but right now it’s been 5 months."

"I live in Napa and have used every dry cleaners here in Napa. They have lost garments of mine, clothing not being ready on time and items returned with stains including rude customer service. So, doing business in St. Helena I decided to try Klass Cleaners. That was 8 years ago. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. They have gone out of there way to fulfill my special requests and needs. My grand daughter was getting married at Silverado Country Club. She sent her dress prior to her arrival. The day before the wedding she drove up to Klass Cleaners and there was her dress beautifully pressed and ready for pick-up. Making her day much more enjoyable. I just wanted everyone to know how truly wonderful they are. I have read the other reviews and do not understand what happened. Totally opposite of my experience. "I took my favorite blouse into the cleaner to get a grease stain out when I came to pick it up my gorgeous dark pink blouse had turned into a tie-dye cream colored monstrosity ! I was told that this has never happened and that I would be contacted by the owner the next day. Instead, I called and asked to speak to the owner who sounded very unapologetic and before she would consent to compensating me for my damaged blouse she said she had to send it off to be analyzed which would take a few weeks. I have never heard of anything like this! What is there to analyze? My blouse was pink and now it's not . The following day I went in to speak with the owner in person. She said after investigating the incident she found that it was their fault (obviously) and agreed to compensate me for the blouse, but after writing me the check would not let me retrieve my blouse so that I might get it dyed. In fact, she told me that it couldn't be fixed. Rather than argue with her I left without my blouse knowing that it definitely could be dyed. I recently opened a boutique in town and had been delighted that there was a cleaner so close, but I would rather drive two hours to drop my clothing off somewhere else then ever Bring another item into klass cleaners. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. If I could give it no stars I would."
