"I came in the branch to do a quick deposit and cash back. I was done in less than 10 minutes."
"I have found the staff to be nothing but friendly and helpful and consistently so for the last number of years. I am moving out of state and sad I will not have the great service going forward I have received at this branch. I cannot understand the negative feedback, definitely not my experience."
"Went in the other day looking to move my business accounts because of the mess that USBank made with their takeover of Union Bank. That’s a whole other story. I was shown to an office and introduced to Brian, VP of something. I started to lean in to shake his hand but he was still staring at his computer screen did not respond, or stand up, as I slid my business card on his desk. I tried to explain the specific needs I have of a bank. Virtually no eye contact or semblance of interest. He showed me a couple screen shots of their programs. He assured me that they would accommodate all of the requirements of my small company, yet I had not even been able to tell him what most of those requirements were. I stood and told him I would get in touch, and he pointed to his stack of business cards and told me to take one, as he was sliding my card back to me (huh?) still sitting at his desk staring at his screen. Folks, a neighborhood/community bank that cares about their customers is a thing of the past. A couple more mergers, and it will become, ……..….. not sure, but do know, it won’t be for our benefit"
"I would give this chase branch 0 stars if I could. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wish I had read the reviews before I went there because it sounds like most people have a terrible experience there. I went in today to open 4 new accounts and was met by the rudest person- Brian Shelton. He does not deserve your business. He was unfriendly, disrespectful and did not seem to take me seriously at all. It baffles me that they hired such a person to work in a customer service role. I had to make a compliant and immediately left the branch without opening any accounts. I then called the branch in Lecuadia and they informed me that apparently they always get compliants about that branch. You’re much better off going somewhere else."
"Website directs me to go to a branch to sign documents. This branch won't schedule a meeting for me and they don't accept walk-ins. I walked in twice to sign documents and turned away both times by a rude manager that lied to me - teller told me bankers were on lunch, manager told me they were busy in meetings. This branch doesn't even show up on chase website to schedule a meeting. Now, I have to go across town to close my account, and then come back to this branch to empty my stuff from my safety deposit box. Unbelievable."
