Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Been here a few times. Always polite and courteous employees and fast. Incredible that the BofA off of La Costa is so terrible (see my 1 star review for them). Always happy to go here when needed they always take care of me. La Costa never again."

"TTerrible service. Two days of promises that Robert, the manager, would call me back due to a month long issue --this time.-- Did he ever? Of course not. Rommel did not even know the ATM policy of the bank he works at. He also failed to connect me with Robert or honor my request to find out when Robert could call back (after calling two days and three times today alone). This bank sucks, in general. Bank of America has become incredibly cheap and they do not equip their managers with ANY authority to make things right. It's a corporate puppetshow. I should have stayed with my old bank and am going back ASAP. BOA has no clue how to treat customers. If you shop around, you'll be incredibly glad you did."
