"Got every single one of my mail labeled as undeliverable and returned to sender. When I showed up there they gave me some bogus reason that does not make any sense. Worse is I was expecting a new phone and service, I tried to let them know early enough, they said they would keep an eye on it but still nothing.wishigng a zero rating was possible. Will be using alternatives like UPS or FedEx ."

"The office service is great. Deliver service is poor. I was missing mail for a week last year so assumed it was stolen and got a PO box. Then I saw my weeks worth of mail and a package in my neighbors box. I switched back to home address recently and as always, get notifications from Amazon that things weren't able to be delivered to front door. I was there, the driveway is muddy but everyone else makes it. Also the mailbox is across the street. Also just found a neighbors mail in my mailbox."
