"This man is a unscrupulous thief when it comes to dealing with my inheritance money. The accounting was wrong. He charged me $5000 to divide the proceeds of the house in equal shares to the heirs. Escrow still had $30,000 which was to be the last of it. I was told he was semi retiring so I wanted to close the account off. Phil then attempted to get me to pay him another $3000 for which he has not performed any other work. I provided copies of the bank statements which show no accounting done on his part. Please dont go to this man. You will just get your Bill's go higher with no work. To top it off he made a rather disgusting remark about my disability. I am going to report him to the disabled civil rights department as he was rude and non-professional. I would never recommend him."
