"I'm sort of mind-boggled at this man: on the plus side he returned my call very quickly and spoke to me while he was clearly quite busy. The issue: he tried to recruit me to some sort of christianity and asked "Do you know the lord?". I thought I heard wrong at first, as this is incredibly unprofessional and plain bizarre. I told him I have no interest in discussing that and if it is necessary to work with him, that's fine, but I will find some one else who won't proselytize. He said "no it's not necessary, but it's an option" and I let him know I'm not interested in the option, but I do have a church and a pastor and refer to keep those discussions private and with people I'm close to. He pushed and said "oh well it isn't meant to be kept under wraps, we are supposed to be open-" at which point I said "ok, I think Im going to find someone else, Im not going to work with you, thanks for your time" and hung up. Im very urgently looking for serious representation and this guy is a joke. Im frustrated I've wasted time trying to find a consultation. He jerked me around proselytizing and trying to get me to "come to the lord" rather than either take his work and my issue seriously or simply telling me it didn't sound like he would be able to take on the case. Also he didn't seem to know the word "proselytizing" and, just as an attorney (not generally), this is strange. Just totally bonkers behavior from an attorney. I can't possibly in good conscience recommend him."
