"I have never had so much trouble with my mail. The young man who delivers to my address,has done things to my stuff deliberately. I complained once, a WalMart gift card did not get delivered. I had it traced, and the post master called me and told me it was resolved, when it wasn't. The young man who delivers my mail has pretended to put something in the mailbox, then drives away.Or he drives away and delivers it later. This happens too much. He also has given me plenty of boxes that were tampered with. Missing stuff,or spilled contents! He is friends with the narcissist I live with and they are friends. This doesn't even deserve a star."

"I've been dropping packages off here for over 10 years for my business, as well as 5 other post offices in Napa and Lake County. Today a newer woman I hadn't seen before tell me I could not drop off my parcels there anymore because my zip code didn't match (I live in Lower Lake) Isn't this the United States Post Office? Not cool, I spend tens of thousands per year with them. I was told the supervisor told them not to accept. I will be filing a formal complaint, and taking it further if I ever have a parcel returned. I don't like to complain, but this is not acceptable, and I shouldn't be forced to go to Lower Lake post office every day if I have to go the other way!!!"

"Our packages go missing all the time. The online portal will say delivered, but it never shows up. We call, the company contacts the post office and somehow the packages show up 1 to 2 days later. How is this possible when packages are scanned every single place they go? We seem to always get our diapers so the delivery person must not need diapers. But shoes, other nondescript items, purses, clothes we've ordered online seem to go missing with a high frequency."

"I really wish I could give this post office a zero with how disrespected I have been treated. Just today I was expecting a package at my home and missed it because I was in the shower. Drove to the post office and asked so kindly to this woman if they had the package or if the delivery man was out still doing deliveries. She got such a horrible attitude with me right in front of another customer. I wish I got her name so I could report her. I understand employees have bad days but this wasnt the first time I have been disrespected by them."
