"They took a check from my grandma in July for services they were not going to provide until January 2024. We’ve been asking for a refund and they refuse to do so stating that the bank is holding the refund. I’ve been going back and forth with them and they keep stalling and making excuses that they can’t refund the money because they can’t find the money. We’ve spoke to Roxana, Maria, Rosa and Valentin who is “always busy” when I call. And Armando too who says the same story, the bank is at fault. They are frauds and take advantage of people. Do not pay them for services they aren’t going to do right away."

The person that answered the phone call had zero knowledge and just asked a whole bunch of questions that made no sense that he didn’t even know what he was asking.
