"Missing mail weekly, I get notices for things in the mailbox and more than a handful of times we either never receive it or a nice neighbor decides to bring it to us since it was shoved into their mailbox. God forbid you have anything fragile that shouldn’t be bent, they love to shove stuff into the mailbox and when you pull it out it looks like it’s been through the wringer. We empty our mailbox everyday so, it not like it had no room, it’s just carrier not caring about other people’s stuff. This is exhausting, I shouldn’t have to get a PO Box in Chico to ensure I am getting my mail."

"Worst experience continuously. They have bent all THREE of my COLLEGE DEGREES in half!! Mind you this was separate deliveries to which each big cardboard package clearly said DO NOT BEND. I called it in after the THIRD time and was assured that it wouldn’t happen again. Not one offer to pay for the damages or make anything right. It continues to happen with every package that is labeled DO NOT BEND, HANDLE WITH CARE. It is completely unacceptable at this point."

"Ever since they changed their staff on the route on my street, mail delivery has been very poor. And it has been almost daily. I order a lot of things online. The carrier leaves the packages outside without knocking to give us a heads up there is something at the door. They receive my packages here in Corning then hand it off to another carrier which is usually heading north. So I have to wait an extra day or two to get a package that was in my local facility once already. And I am guessing someone there doesn’t know how to read or do their job. Also I have had packages thrown at my door. The sound of a knock and a package being thrown is different and noticeable. Where did all the competent workers go?"

"I just purchased a home on Hall Road, I have MS and I order a lot of my food on line because I do not eat anything that is not organic. I order sometimes hundreds of dollars in un-pasturized nuts from sellers at Amazon. Also with it being the holidays you just expect to have your packages brought to your door. My mail box is on the main road, just a box on the side of the road. Yesterday the postal driver just left an Amazon package next to the mail box on the ground. There is a lot of traffic on this road and it was raining. It had a 75.00 item in it. I hope this is an isolated incident and it does not continue to happen. I need my larger post packages brought to my door and left at the entrance. I mean isn't it the post office job to get peoples mail to them safe and unharmed. Not just thrown on the ground where anyone can pick it up? What happens when my MS medication comes. I mean really welcome to the neighborhood or I should say back to the neighborhood since we are military and retired in June moving back to the area where we grew up.
