"Autozone has a high turnover rate for employees. They never seem to last. If you pay attention though, the employees in the red shirts always seem to be trying their best. The one wearing gray will roll his eyes at everyone, ignores his team members, and will do anything to look busy and not help. He's rude to his employees and also to us customers. So now every time I go, I can't help but notice how rude and lazy he is. 5 stars for the team, 0 stars for the manager."

"I had an alarming experience with a stay at Rolling Hills Casino and Rv my tow vehicle battery died and fortunately for me Auto Zone came to my rescue and was close by. I would have been stranded otherwise waiting for AAA or any other tow insurance company a jump wouldn't have worked. I purchased premium battery back in Washington and had it installed by Auto Zone at my store. Short story Fernando arranged for delivery of new battery and swap out my warranty covered battery within a hour or so as to continue on my route to Arizona. Special thanks to the tech and Fernando for getting me on my way!"

"This is one of the best autozones in the whole state of California, never had a issue with any employees that work at the corning location all the employees go above and beyond! Hope corporate is reading this and gives all employees here a raise! This location has changed batteries on my vehicles for me, windshield wippers and lights on my vehicle all with a smile rain or shine, I have needed simple stuff from competitors and walk away because the customer service is top notch"
