"I wouldn't recommend this law firm .They don't go to bat for there clients .once you sign there paperwork Accepting them to represent you.they want answer the phone call main line they want help but TAKE a message that will take weeks for a Response.My car set in front of my house over a month waiting on Pirna Law to have it towed. I called daily and was lied to and given excuses. I ended up having to pay over a 1000 out of pocket for a renter car cause by time Pirna Law had my car picked up it had been over a month .I had the renter car as my car seat and wait for them to have it picked up .Ali Promised I would Be reimbursed since my insurance company was ready to take the car literally the next day after the accident. And I waited over a month for Pirna law. So he stated that whatever cost out of pocket for the rental car would be reimbursed unfortunately that was a lie as well .Pirna Law even sent my car to a horrible body shop CBS Collisions in hollywood . MY CAR was not fixed properly and car ac was not fixed Ali told me it was nothing they could do . The treatment They provided it was just a waste of my time and money. I got no relief from the chiropractor .I won the max on my claim and received very little payment and My car is not how is was before this accident .I do not recommend this law firm you want get the treatment you need .my Mri showed damage yet I never got the properly treatment and still in pain. and they could care less about your car being fixed properly.Oh and they keeping most of your money Oh yeah, and they won't deliver what they promise. Hope this helps someone make a better decision.cause from start to finish Pirna Law wasted a lot of my time And prolonged issues that could have been dealt with.Pirna even dropped the ball with my insurance company and wasn't submitting Necessary Documentation for me to be reimbursed from my insurance company It literally took me months to get in contact with Pirna Law just so i can get a Release for me to be able to talk to my insurance company since they was my lawyer and wouldn't.But once I Got the release to speak with my insurance company I was able to resolve and request my funds which Pirna should have did but literally never did .they keep telling Me my insurance company was lying when In fact it was them ."
