"If I could give no stars, I would. Do not use this company. We have been using them for several years now and in the beginning they were great. Recently, however, they are terrible. The last 3 times we have called for propane delivery, the driver did not show up. At all. We still have no propane, with almost an empty tank over the holidays… and I have tried to call them 8 times already. After 10 minutes on hold, the call gets dropped. 8 times! I am looking for another propane company. I have an 84 year old father who depends on heat in the house. This company should be reported."

"It’s so funny seeing the replies of how they focus on friendly service or good customer service at all. They had one front office lady that offered that. The new one caused nothing but problems after forgetting to fill us (after we paid) to charging us a 0% pressure test because we ran out after they did not deliver of course we were not nice about that. It caused the front desk Sargent to then accidentally do this again and have a attitude anytime we paid. So much i would ask for 480 in propane and she would say do you want 100 gallons or to fill it... I didn’t know I only had those options... you don’t by the way she is just so lazy she didn’t want to do the math. So after they forgot about filling us one more time I went in to cancel and let them know how bad their service was that they had the same opinion we were done with each other ! Eel river is the way to go! Also I found out I’m not the only one who has had to pay the $100 pressure test a number of times after there own mistake. Sounds like I good way for them to pocket extra cash"
