She even took my information down and called me back once she found the answer to my question about a particular "in-person" class. She was so polite and courteous. She email me once our call ended so I can have her information just in case I had more questions I needed answered. At one point, I brought up a conflict with the schedule, and she offered a solution that me rethink my options and prioritize to meet the schedule. She has great problem solving skills.
