"Jason responded quickly to my request to have my knives sharpened. I told him that I needed the knives to cook. I brought them to him on a Monday afternoon and they were ready Tuesday morning. They were an expensive Misono single edge Japanese knife and another expensive and nostalgic chef knife. Both are now very sharp and the cost was very reasonable.
