"I've been going here for over 25 years and it's always a pleasure. I wish I could tell all the stories where Roger and/or Yasuko went WAY over the top to help me. We're talking legendary service here folks. And particularly for bike service, none priced better. I once snapped the seatclamp bolts on a bike I'd bought several years previous and had abused heavily. Yasuko actually left the shop and walked to the hardware store to buy higher grade bolts so they wouldn't break again. No way that should have been a warrantied repair, but they did it free. Everybody's got stories like that - just ask around. If you see a bad review here and there, remember that it's a tiny shop that can get too busy sometimes - some people can't handle that. Go get some service at one of the fancy shops next time and you'll find you and your pocketbook crawling back to Bernies with a new outlook. We're lucky to have a local bike shop like this!"
