"We had Gloria Greco book an appointment to see our house. She is very unprofessional. She showed up 40 minutes early to her appointment expecting to get in. She clearly thinks her time is more valuable than anyone else's. As for her attire, let's just say I've seen bag ladies dressed better than her. I don't know when this became acceptable. It was a terrible representation of the company. I left to take my dog so they could see the house but forgot something and had to go back. She was just sitting there and told me she doesn't have the app to get in. I found this to be strange as it's an app that real estate agents use to get the key. Her excuse was she doesn't work in the area. She then proceeded to take all of 2 minutes to see our house. This told me that she clearly doesn't know the area nor did she do the least bit of homework. The listing has plenty of pictures and our agent would have been able to answer any questions about the house. It was a waste of our time. If you're looking for an agent, I'd look elsewhere."
"C2 is an amazing company. They are approved with more lenders and offer more loan products than any other broker I know. This allows each loan officer to offer more choices to their clients and at the most competitive rates. I recommend all borrowers work with C2, especially when purchasing a home. It is very risky to use 1 bank, especially a retail bank, when buying. If any issues pop up during the escrow period, C2 loan officers can move your file to another lender ASAP. This can be the difference between getting your new home or losing it. However, I recommend choosing an experienced loan officer you like working with who communicates with you promptly and in the style you prefer. All C2 loan officers offer small town service with the backing and strength of a giant company. This gives the borrower more buying power and a better experience."

"Beware of Corrupt Lender: Unethical Practices and Shady Deals My Review: I feel compelled to share my harrowing experience with C2 Financial Lender (Issac Cobral), a lender representative and the lender upper management that have demonstrated extreme corruption and dishonesty throughout my home-buying process. It is essential for potential homebuyers to be aware of the unethical practices employed by this lender in order to protect themselves from being victims of their deceitful tactics. From the beginning, Issac blatantly lied about the closing costs associated with my loan. They provided me no fee to C2 Financial Co as Issac promised to us, leading to a shocking financial burden when the closing day arrived. This dishonesty is a clear indication of their lack of integrity and disregard for the well-being of their clients. To make matters worse, Issac went on to enforce the payment of an appraisal fee up front, a responsibility that typically falls on the borrower expense at the closing. Despite their initial promise to refund this expense, they pressured me into paying for it upfront. Furthermore, they later made baseless excuses to avoid reimbursing me for the appraisal fee, leaving me out of pocket for a service twice for no reason, it sound that I might forget it? During the closing process that no adequate time to considered another lender, Issac allocated and charged me for various non-existent claims related to closing costs. They manipulated the numbers to extract more money from me, essentially engaging in fraudulent practices. This level of deceit is reprehensible and completely unacceptable in any legitimate lending institution. Once the closing was finalized, both broker and lender rep. became nearly impossible to reach. They conveniently avoided my calls and ignored my texts when I needed clarification on post-closing matters. Their lack of communication and unwillingness to address my concerns demonstrates a complete disregard for customer service and their responsibility to provide assistance even after the transaction is complete. Adding insult to injury, broker prevented me from accessing essential contact information for the seller. This obstruction made it incredibly difficult for me to address any issues related to the property or coordinate necessary repairs. By denying me this basic information, they further displayed their unethical behavior and lack of transparency. In conclusion, I strongly advise against engaging with [Lender's Name] for any lending needs. Their corrupt practices, deceitful behavior, and disregard for client well-being make them an untrustworthy entity to work with. It is crucial to seek out reputable and transparent lenders who prioritize their clients' best interests and adhere to ethical business practices"
"Horrible communication! Melissa Heil (San Diego) Melissa did great to communicate and made sure we were on the right track. My wife and I went on vacation during the week that we closed on our first home. (that was just the way it worked out) Communication before the close and before vacation became limited. Once we went on vacation, there was something that needed to be signed but there was an error. Melissa said that she would fix it. Since we got back (2 weeks) she has had no communication, no phone calls answered, emails, texts or updates on what the status is of our loan. Completely shut out!"
