"Terrible company. Bought a pole spear. Showed up missing a part. The shaft. (Likely the fault of the shipper). Called to get a replacement part and they assured me they would ship it the next day, and that they would expedite the shipping so it would arrive before a trip I’ll taking. Not only had it not shipped until the second day after I spoke with them, but they assured me again it would be shipped quick enough to arrive before my trip. Tracking info came through and it in fact won’t be here until I’m back from my trip. Nothing worse than a company that lies directly to you."

"I bought a Palantic brand Torpedo Float with Dive Flag and I have never been more at ease and comfortable going deeper and further out to sea for deep diving and even for snorkeling. It came with a long rope to secure myself with. On the surface, the boaters and kayakers have a considerable solid visibility of my orange float and ensured that they keep a safe distance. The only thing I would suggest is to attach a weighted sinker balanced on both sides to keep the dive flag holding straight up on choppy waters but other than that the orange float itself is enough to be seen. Highly recommend it and once again a deserving 5-star for product quality topped with great customer service. Definitely a repeat customer!"
