The teaching is boring, only some teachers are nice, the bathroom is disgusting, the fifth grade students have to raise fundraisers every year to supposedly pay for a better playground or a bigger library, but all the money raised(well over 1000 dollars) has disappeared."

"I'm one of the teacher's assistants here and I have to say, over the course of the three summers I've ever volunteered I've had the most fun in my life. I look forward to week 1 of camp every year. Although the teachers have high expectations, they do it for the sake of their students and are always accomadating, if, of course they behave appropriately. It is an educational, fun, amazing and the best thing to have ever happened to me."

"This is a great Chinese school. The teachers are all great, and the classes are interesting too. The summer camp is very educational and the activities are traditional but fun. The teachers are nice if you listen in class and don't get into trouble."

"My child has been attending weekend class from the first Grade to the fourth. I've found the principal knowledgeable and supportive of the latest teaching methods. It's unfortunate that the traditional Chinese way of teaching is boring and plays too much on memorization, but that's everywhere. Enlighten is a school that has been trying to improve that."
