"Nice rentals for college students, a bit more on the expensive side. Only downside is that no matter how much you clean and do everything on their list at the end of your lease, they still seem to find a way to charge you an extra 200+ dollars from your security deposit. Literally every apartment in the grove, the ave, and state street had "5 hours of deep cleaning" (at $40 bucks an hour by the way) written on their charges, which I find a bit suspicious. It seems like they rip everyone off at the end of their lease."
