"These guys are the worst., do not rent from these guys. I have a buddy who has recently moved out and they are glad they did. I have another buddy who has been there for a while and wants to leave they don't care about anybody's safety. There is an individual who has a bad mental state and they wont do anything because he not a threat. How is screaming, hollering, banging on things also jiggling on peoples doors not a safety issue. They need to be investigated. God this place needs new owners. They don't care about your safety DO NOT RENT FROM this COMPANY"

"Terrible me and my family been living there for about 2 years Leigh minnis (another tent ) at the IL mount morris locations harassed me and my family consistently we’ve been told by other tenants she likes to be in people business so we tried our best to stay away. Allegiant property made (Leigh Minnis) a maintenance manager there so now she knew about all of our business now well she stole our dog while we weren’t home and now we’re looking into legal matters a police report was made and we’re taking it to court"

"Don't even bother with this company! They are nothing but a bunch of hired thugs! They treat you like you're a criminal. A very poor excuse for a business! They'd rather see you living on the streets than sheltered! They don't know the housing laws of Minnesota or Iowa...let alone what constitutes a disability. A disability is a disability regardless if it's a physical disability or a mealth Health disability. Crooked company! Don't do anything till you actually have the keys in your hand. Better yet, steer clear and prevent the heartache they cause."

"My fiancé and I just went through an experience with this company. We were trying to rent in a WI location. They failed to originally mention my fiancé and I needed separate applications due to us not being married. They had all my fiancé's' information on my application. It was a back and forth thing for a couple weeks. I thought when we were looking at the apartment we were meeting with someone from management but it was the head of maintenance. Then last week, Monday 5/9/22 I found out instead of signing the lease the following Sunday we could do it that Thursday 5/12/22. By Wednesday I had the utilities changed over to my name and the cashier's check for the security deposit. I left work to go get my fiancé to sign the least and had an email from the landlord asking if I was there for our meeting. She knew the possibility of us being a bit late due to me working, but I told her I was on my way to get my fiancé and that we'd be there very shortly. By the time I had gotten home (2-3 minutes later) my fiance mentioned she had called because he got flagged. I called her back and asked her what was going on and she said due to a previous eviction (almost 20 years ago) they couldn't let us move in. She had no sympathy about it. She basically played it off as if she was bored but mentioned the flag "just popped up". They had our information for 2-3 weeks at this point and waited until we were just about to sign the lease. It is very unprofessional and illegal in Wisconsin. By state law they can't use an eviction that's more than 10 years old. Very unprofessional and illegal. They follow MN law when due to the property being in WI they need to follow WI state laws. If you're considering renting from this company be careful. They are shady and petty and run their business illegally."
