Reviews
"Wonderful"
"Avoid. It is not a culinary school or an educational institution. They just sell you into an illegal practice of "stage", that doesn't follow any educational program. The curriculum they provide before you sign up is not followed, assigned "mentors" just exploit you as free kitchen labor, and the "school" is fine with that. So you basically pay 13k for an exciting chance to work for free 16 hours a week, for 7 months. You can get a chance to work for free for free, if you want to, no need to pay to a sham "school" for that."
