"I tried this class in 2022 and didn’t work out as they are not allowing make up properly so I drop the enrollment.. after 6 to 8 months I have tried again but instructor gave little scary on first class then student cried immediately. So decided to drop Safesplash then immediately I asked them to cancel enrollment then they said that going to give 50% only(took one year service fee also)..they didn’t listen concerns. Management is not good..instructors are too bad.. customer care too worst.. will not recommend this to anyone at all.. pls think twice while choosing this swimming class.. worst swimming class in fremont.."

"Avoid here. They don't care about user experience at all. Within the same week the class got cancelled twice without any notification. I did call after the first cancellation to make sure I receive notification in the future. Still nothing. I called the customer service, they didn't respond within the time they say they would be. Other reg flags: They changed teachers within the first month of my son's class No front deck phone number. so even you called the customer service, they didn't know the class got cancelled Shared swimming pool with adults, not good for little ones to get start. Plus, water is cold. All the babies are shaking, even the teachers feel cold. Anyway, consider somewhere else."

"THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION AND WOULD NOT REFUND AND CALL IT THEIR POLICY. HONESTY IS NOT IN THE POLICY THOUGH I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Fremont SafeSplash. The swimming lessons were an absolute waste of time and money. Instead of learning valuable swimming skills, all we did was blow bubbles and attempt a back float with the constant support of an instructor. It felt like a complete joke. I found myself making more progress by simply using a kickboard in my own pool and teaching myself. The lack of professionalism was evident from the very beginning. The classes rarely started on time, typically lagging behind by 2 to 3 minutes, and conveniently ended 1 to 2 minutes early, effectively shortening the already brief 30-minute session. Adding to the frustration, students from other classes would invade the pool area designated for our class, making it difficult to focus and disrupting the already limited learning environment. What truly baffled me was the bizarre cancellation policy. If you failed to cancel before the 15th of the month, you would lose a significant portion of your hard-earned money - half of it, to be exact. And to make matters worse, there were no reminders or notifications about this policy. They would silently deduct the funds from your account without any consideration or warning. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. Fremont SafeSplash not only failed to deliver on their promises of teaching swimming skills but also displayed a complete disregard for their students' time, money, and learning experience. Based on my terrible encounter, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Save your money, your time, and your sanity, and look elsewhere for quality swimming lessons."

"We had our 3 year old daughter private lessons here (7 sessions). Veronica is really great, she managed to get our daughter into the swimming pool in the first class with fun mini games and being a good friend. She was able to teach effectively the basics of swimming. Now our daughter is very confident of swimming and has been learning quickly. Another shout out to Mathias, who stepped in for the first session and was like magic, even managed to get our daughter float on her own. Also was very understanding of her needs and managed the scheduling well. Highly recommend taking classes here."
