"I purchased a pair of sambas 23 days ago and upon asking about the return policy, I was told specifically by the employee helping me that I had 30 days to return them. I tried returning them today and the same exact employee refused to accept my return, stating that the return policy was actually 14 days. I told him that he was the one who told me I had 30 days to return, and he claimed he didn't remember me and that "I know my policy". Throughout this whole encounter, the employee in question was inattentive, busying himself on his computer whilst dismissively speaking to me. I am unsure what I did to receive such a poor attitude and low level of service, but this store clearly doesn't get much business in general, and the service here is perhaps the reason why."
"CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!! They WILL ROB YOU AT THIS STORE. I was charged for a pair of sneakers I did not buy. I didn’t check my e-receipt. Days later I received an email from Adidas asking how I liked my gear? I checked my credit card statement and discovered a pair of pink sneakers was charged. The young person who rang me up is a piece of garbage. That store sucks."
